Easy to use website. Great products are very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service on the rare chance you might need them.

Have ordered a number of corsets from this company and been happy with them. In the last order I received either the wrong corset, or the picture was misleading. I thought I ordered a corset with shoulder strap, the one I received did not have one. I was disappointed.

Website is user friendly! The sales are jaw dropping! Shipping is average! Loooooove the product! Quality is obviously a major priority to this company! ALL I WISH FOR IS MORE ZIP UP CORSETS!!!!

I sent back one of my items to return and it's been weeks and I still have not heard anything back to know if the item was received or I will be getting my money back.

navigating the site, placing the original order and receiving my first corsets was an enjoyable and easy experience. I was unsure of the sizes I needed and so two of the four I purchased were just too large and needed to be returned. Everything was fine with the return until I mailed my corsets back to the return company. I provided the tracking number that was asked for but was never told that they were received at their final destination. After waiting about two weeks I checked my account on the website and there was no credit, no sign of processing the return, or any other piece of information about what happened to the two corsets I returned. I had to send an email to the company in order to find out what needed to be done about replacing my returned items. It was only after trading email with Chris that I was able to get my items replaced. I hope this incident was just a fluke.

This was my first experience with Corset Story, but I was very impressed with the service and quality. The website and ordering process were very user friendly, and I will recommend them highly to friends. I never realized how versatile a corsetry company could be; a specific need brought me to the website, but I now realize that I may have more use for their products!

I had to leave the payment page prior to completion and was unable to return to that order later. I went ahead and placed a new order and it appeared as if I had placed two orders. I sent an email seeking clarification and was contacted soon after with an assurance that only one order had been processed. I am very pleased that my concern was addressed accurately and swiftly.

I am very happy with the dress I ordered. It would be nice to have options in natural fabric.

I love my corset, I thought it was the correct size for me based on the size chart. No worries, it gives me the incentive to firm up and wear my corset. I would suggest that you develop a product line for the curvy women, the plus size because we are all sexy.
