I love this website! It might be helpful to have buttons that will allow us to change orders while they're being processed, or if we could change them. The pictures are clear; the sizing charts are enormously helpful, and the delivery was quick and sharp.

I love the selections and the prices, and though I understand that I chose a shipping option without tracking I wish that either an email would dispatched when the item ships or a note was made in my account area as to what the ship date was.

I needed to return an item that didn't fit, and I went past the limit of time to return and the service team took care of me anyway. For someone on a tight budget, who splurged to buy the outfit, it meant a lot to have such great service to let me get the money back.

The company originally sent me an incorrect corset. After sending the incorrect one to their returns dept., they refunded me shipping, gave me a credit and sent me the correct one.
