I believe the website and products are okay, but I wish it was sorted a little easier to navigate.

I use to think that this site had excellent service however I didn't get my order on time this time and when I contacted them to make an inquiry about it it was dismissed and deemed solved even though I did not receive my corset. I wrote back telling them as much and the second person to respond to me was much more helpful and I got my parcel the very next day with their help.

My experience with corsets has been mostly Fredrick's of Hollywood. FoH are nice but are spoiled now by my CS corsets. The only other corset I own I got in France and it is also steel boned, but has been misshaped over time

I wasn't able to track my package, other than that, it was an easy transaction.

There was a bunch of problems with the order site on-line, but when I contacted the company, they replied in less than 24 hours and we resolved the issue.

I browsed for corsets on a few websites before deciding to buy from Corset Story. I felt their website was more informative and easier to use. Their selection and quality appeared to be superior to others. My purchase was smooth and delivery was swift and inexpensive. I am very happy with the service provided and will be happy to make future purchases through Corset Story..

The only place to buy corsets, My niece and I always recommend them. She and I have bought over a dozen each..can't beat the prices, quality and shipping... although, a little disappointed in the fabric quality this year
