One of them was too small so I had to exchange it. But Nina was very helpful in getting this done. She was very patient and worked with me. Everything was done in a timely manner.

The customer service is stellar-but the shipping delays seem unreasonably long. I’m still waiting to receive my corset and my order was processed 16 days ago on 12/1/14.

I love Corset Story; the products are amazing. A few of my friends order from CS alot - we all attend the Victorian Christmas faire for 5 weekends from Thanksgiving to Christmas and it's a challenge to have enough ocassions to wear the many corsets we have with differnet outfits. The price and deals make it so financially friendly that we can have as many as we like and the quality is very good. Thank you for adding even more interesting shirts, skirts and pieces as well as jewelry.
