Asked to have a piece of my order swapped out, since I didn’t realize that I would be waiting for the pre-ordered piece to drop to get my entire order. Within a few hours of my email, the piece needing to be changed was swapped and the entire order shipped. Prompt customer service, only comment would really be that I wish I knew at checkout that I’d be waiting for my whole order, i didn’t realize until a few days later and after looking through the FAQ.

Amazing delivery! I live the Midwest of the US and somehow these items get delivered to me from the UK in 5 days! If only everything was like this.
I had to return one when I was figuring out my size and it was no problem. Just popped it back in the bag and off it went. The new one was here in 5 days.
The corsets are the best quality I have ever seen. I was prepared to have custom made ones, and these are every bit as good. They are beautiful. I have switched to wearing a long line everyday. It supports my back and relieves the stress on my shoulders from traditional bras. So much more comfortable. I highly recommend Corset Story.

I love almost everything in the catalogue! It was fun and hard to decide which one buy first. I also like to read the reviews.

I was very happy with the information on how to measure and select my first corset. The style range was great. I am really happy you have added how easy the corsets can be disguised under clothing, I used to visit a lot and was never sure which could be hidden. Thank you

It was hard to select from all the beautiful styles available.
The only thing that struck me was that there was only one carrier for shipment.

This was my first time buying from Corset Story - and definitely won't be my last! :) The website was so easy to navigate, there were so many great options with the sale, I was thrilled with the experience. I've also LOVED the follow up emails about caring for corsets, styling options, etc. Corset Story is actually the only brand that I haven't unsubscribed soon after - I've found every email to be so helpful! Great work on the marketing team :)

It would be nice to see some of the same patterns & designs that you have in long line.

This is the best online shopping experience I have ever had! Throw in the fact that these are legit awesome corsets and the good just keeps on rolling. They demystify the corset experience making it easy to find what you want, shipping is ridiculously fast (because who wants to wait to wear these beautiful babies?!) and returns are just as easy (not that I've had to). If you're new to corsetry you couldn't be in a better space. If you've been around a minute you won't be disappointed. Truly failsafe.
I've already had 3 people order from Corset Story based on an outfit of mine and all were beyond happy with the whole experience.

Website was easy and the filter options made it quick to find the corset best suited for my wife.

this is not a review of the actual product!
the only shipping option available was $19.95 1-3 day shipping. i just got the notification that the order shipped, and it’s scheduled to arrive in 11 days. if you’re going to force people to pay $20 for express shipping it’s not okay that it’s not arriving in the specified time.

One of the corsets I ordered was apparently a pre-order, but no notice was provided for that. The only way I found out was by asking why my order hadn't shipped for two weeks. Come to find out, it would have been delayed two months if I hasn't swapped it out for another one.
