The selection for the Mix and Match 4 for $149 deal was simple and easy to use when all four choices were placed into the shopping cart. However, I would have liked side bar updated about how many of the Mix and Match collection I should add before the automatic savings were applied. Overall an enjoyable and easy process.

I've made 2 exchanges recently and it's so easy to do. You get a prepaid shipping label that you've gotta print out, then you drop it at the post office or schedule a usps pick up. Also shipping is so fast. Usually my orders arrive in less than a week after shipping out.

Tracking is terrible because it's through a third party that doesn't let you see any relevant information unless you create an account and download their app. I assume that model sells the information of people who download and then forget about it, because that's just how internet companies work. If you decide to download that app, I recommend disabling all of its permissions (especially run on startup if you can) unless you need them. Personally I'm just sketched out by the company and won't use the app or make an account.
Corset Story itself has excellent filtering for searching, although it's unfortunate you can't search keywords within categories and sometimes if you navigate backwards or refresh, filters might get lost. Still a much better marketplace than most, and they have good deals when they have overstock - although you'll benefit most if you're a size 2-4.
Can't speak to quality yet because I haven't received them. Can't speak to shipping speed because the third party app is keeping me from seeing a delivery window.

I loved how easy the website was to navigate and how much information available to first time buyers. I also really loved that there were multiple places with the sizing so I felt more confident buying them.

I love all the corsets I've received, and keep coming back for more because they're so great! I also own some of the dresses and they're all great quality and beautiful. I treat myself with the sales and save the corsets for special life events to add to my wardrobe.

Amazing as always. The corsets make my back feel stronger and straighter. They really help take care of my mild scoliosis and make me feel more confident about my back.

I love the products that Corset Story offers, and the frequent bundles and discounts make shopping fun. However, I believe that adding filters while searching on the website has many bugs, because products that should be listed under a certain filter aren't. It makes me feel like I am missing out, and that there might be a corset out there that I want but couldn't get to because I had to either scroll through pages and pages of unfiltered product, that might be sold out in my size or not have the features I want, or use the filters that aren't effective.

Since I was shopping the specific clearance mix and match sale, I had put in specific filters for my size available. Every time I added something to the bag and went "back" to the shopping screen, I had to re-add the filters. Since I was looking for 4 different styles, it was rather annoying. Not enough to make me not shop again if I like the quality of what I receive, but if it could be corrected, it would make shopping significantly easier.

Shopping Corset Story is fairly easy for fashion items. However, I really wish that you would include the hip spring measurement on your items that claim they are okay for tightlacing. I have a narrow waist but my hips flare high (that weird to fit 8 shape) A waist reduction number is meaningless if the corset is stuck on my hips, unable to close tighter. I have to gamble and go off of style shapes that look like they might have enough flare/are cut high enough and hope that the hip measurement given in the sizing guide is inclusive of my body type.
