Overall, I would say I am satisfied with the service provided by Coset Story. The only negative point is that I was really confused about their contact information. I live in New York and was not sure how to reach them. I used the email sent when I placed my order and also used another contact email from the Sales department I believe, as I wanted to make sure someone would be able to process my inquiry. I wanted to return an outfit (Red Corset and Mini Skirt) because they were not the same red color, and it was processed pretty quickly. I remember seeing a phone number but when I called, my call did not go through, I believe because it was the phone number for Europe, so during the whole return process and back and forth by email, I was not feeling really comfortable but in the end, I got my refund back to my credit card so it's all that matters. They took care of it within just a few days and got back to me very quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with our service and that we managed to help you as soon as possible with your returns. I am sorry that you were not able to reach us on the phone, but the reason can be related to the time difference between UK and US and most likely we were not in our opening hours while you tried to contact us, but luckily we had a better communication by email. Regarding the color of the item, sometimes it may be only the light on the picture on the website which can change a bit the perception or can also be the settings on the screen of your computer. We are sorry about this. However, is there something else we can do for your, you are welcome to contact us again. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

At first miss communications created difficulty; however, once past that everything went well. I had to return the item as it was too big for me despite my using the size chart (the person who helped tighten it said I am very colapsable...He completely closed the back with no room to tighten further). I had the chance to try a corset that was a size smaller and only had 2 inches left...and that was trying it over clothing so I have purchased 2 that are two sizes smaller and replacing the original one 3 sizes smaller since I'm losing weight.

Thank you for your kind words about our service. I am sorry to hear that your tights got ripped so quickly. Would you mind sending the picture of the ripped parts by email so that we can sort it out for you. Kind regards, Hisako Corset Story

I was extremely pleased to see that such a website exists with such exquisite costumes. I came only seeking a good corset to begin waist training, but I got so much more! Everything came in the mail in a timely manner. I was even surprise they offered couture points! I can't wait to use them for my next purchase!

Amazing quality definitely worth what you pay for. I had trouble accessing my account. I still haven't been able to reset my password but I emailed them and received a reply the following day. Thank you Maggie! Will definitely purchase again.

It was relatively easy to order and return the corset. I wish it were easier to figure out sizes from the website - I ordered too large the first time.

Love their corsets, wish some had a bit more side breast coverage, I always wear a bra and something with 3/4 sleeves.
