The service was great! I was extremely satisfied, and it shipped much faster than I expected!

Solid site.

I can't find a way to talk to customer service without calling

The corset top quality, its just postage took longer than expected.

I love love love love corset story the service is great the quality of product is fabulous I order an emerald green corset for my western wedding I felt great! I just got my second corset and am wearing it tomorrow feels like a million bucks. Thank you corset story I love your company and your line of product. Rita croft

Fast shipping and smooth transaction.

Nice product selection, but more reviews would be nice. The site is easy to navigate, but the search limiting feature is a little unweildy in the fact that each time I wanted to look at a different price range I had to exit the one I was in and reload the new one. A dropdown menue would be easier.

Shipped quickly, quality product

Thank You!

always a great value, and a great value on shipping too

good service

Excellent service. Fast shipping. Beautiful products. I'm very happy and will use them again in the future.

Received the corsets within days that my order was processed. After receiving them beautiful. With that being said they did not fit. Corset story promptly gave me a refund once I provided a return shipment confirmation.

Excellent service

eery other company i purchased things from in England were able ot get my my items in 5 days or less AND charged substantially less S&H than the Corset Story. I paid $94 in S&H & it took them almost TWO effin WEEKS to get my items (which WERE in stock now mind you) Why is that ,HUH I even emailed you guys twice before making my purchase & called that stupid # on your front page but i never got any answer or emails. I am EXTRELEMLY unsatisfied as i dropped $400 with them & didnt even get my items before the event so I I ended up having to waste more money & wear some sh**** looking stuff. Oh & they never even sent a confirmation email confirming my purchase. I only knew it went through by looking at my bank account. Somehow I did eventually get in touch with someone via email & demanded some kind of retribution but i got in response were pre scripted answers, so even still they didnt take the time to personalize my customer experience. THEY HAVE EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS PRACTICES. What kind of business runs like this. I dont know, but what I did find out is you can get pretty much any of their items elsewhere AND for cheaper. SO RUN DONT WALK far away from this company.

I really enjoy their selection, though wish they had more for taller women.
