My complaint about an actual fault in the garment was addressed quickly and politely. I certainly intend to use Corset-Story if I have future corset needs.

I got an email about a super sale. I am glad I was emailed. My last two corsets have become too large and I spent good money on them, so this allowed me to get a great corset for only $30!!! :)

Generally fantastic quality for fairly decent prices. But this one didn't match how it looked online.

Shipping was prompt and arrived as expected but I wish there was some way to track it. I know it's probably not always possible with international shipping.
