The corsets are the highest quality, and always arrive in a very reasonable length of time. Of course my current favourite Viola black pinstripe underbust never seems to go on sale, and certainly not in my size. My previous favourite has vanished entirely before I had a chance to save for it. 'Sale' corsets seem to be made for my broomstick rather than for me.

Even with international shipping, I still received my product in less than two weeks.

When I received the corset, I soon discovered that it was several sizes too large. Upon contacting the customer service department, I was given easy-to-follow return instructions and received a prompt refund once my item was received. I was very impressed with the service, and thanks to this exemplary service, my unfortunate sizing issue will not discourage me from ordering another corset in the future.

I wish they had a lager selection of waist training under-busts with their sizing and designs. and had a shipping option at checkout for USPS because im overseas military and that is pretty much the only carrier that will get here. Because of the difficulties with shipping it took a really long time to get here which i wasn't happy about seeing as this was a very expensive purchase. The Customer service however is very fast to respond, very polite and easy to work with.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Indeed the White Fashion Halterneck Corset is a Fashion top corset and as every person has a different body shape, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will be the correct fit for each of out customers. We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges if you are not happy with the item received. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story

I was happy to have my corsets in less time than I thought it would take. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size, but the folks at Corset Story were very kind to give me an RMA without any trouble. Excellent customer service. I'm looking forward to getting the right ones!

It is a great website but it would be nice to have more of a selection on underbust medal corsets.
