Excellent customer service. I had ordered the wrong size, and they took care of the issue and credited my account in a very quick and professional manner.

This is my second coat from this site, the first being a gift from my boyfriend and my second being a gift for myself. And I must say, I love both of them

I returned it for the next size up, so we'll see how Corset Story does with that exchange. I did receive the first one in reasonable time.

I think the selection and prices are great, but I wish there was a way to create your account during your purchase. I thought I could create the account during my purchase, and couldn't do it. Now this is proving problematic as I need to make a return on my order, but can't do it as the order is not on my account. Hopefully the customer service during the return process will be good. If it's not, I will probably not shop with Corset Story again - that would be a shame because I think the products are great and a great price.

Customer service needs much improvement. The color of clothing on the website does not always match the actual product that arrives.

As always, wonderful customer service and excellent quality product. I purchased 3 corsets in the 3 for 2 deal and one of them didn't work for me but I was able to exchange it with virtually no hassle. And because the corset I sent back was more than the one I chose to replace it, they refunded me the difference - a happy surprise.
