I've always been very pleased. Both with the site, return handling, and quality of my corsets. The laces in this one are very disappointing, but I'm hoping it's not a new standard.

It would have been nice to know that there was no way to have tracking information without signing up as a member, since that was optional upon check out.

Very fast delivery, but some instructions on taking care of the corset would have been nice.

Thank you for your feedback. If the waist band does not fit properly on you, you would probably need a different length corset. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer services and they will be glad to help you to find the good pattern. Kind regards, Axelle Corset Story

Everything was perfect

Easy to use and navigate, with wonderful products. However my size tends to be sold out in most of the corsets.

My only complaint is that many items I have liked don't have enough in stock in my size.

Corset Story has been great with customer service. They reply to email requests promptly. They only thing I would suggest is posting tracking numbers on orders being shipped.

My only complaint (and I'm not sure if it's something that can be helped) was that I couldn't track my order, so I had no idea when to expect it. I needed it by a specific date and spent a few days worrying over when it would get there. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with the company and service. It was my first purchase with them and they definitely gained a returning customer.

I have always been happy with the quality of the products I have received at Corset Story. Corset Story's customer service has always been wonderful, but I would ask that they maintain a closer watch on their product availability on their website. I have had one instance where a product was listed as available online, but when I received my order, it was missing an item, and I was not informed prior to my order shipping. My second complaint about Corset Story is the cost of their shipping. On a past order of approximately $300, I was only given the choice for expedited shipping, which cost me $45. Buyers should be given more options for shipping rates and choices and should not be forced to pay for expedited shipping because they spend MORE money with your company. It should be the opposite. Customers should either receive discounts or cheaper shipping options for spending more money.

Shipping took about 13 days. Paid extra $52.40 for import tax on delivery to Toronto of Ontario (Canada). The shipping and import tax are pain in the butt, especially the import tax is a big surprise to me.
