I am really sorry to hear that the item was not a perfect fit. The sizing chart is only a guide line and we can't guarantee that the corset will fit perfectly as our customers are different shapes and sizes. I am sorry about that. The items which start with letter B (like B1000, B1012 etc) are with spiral steel bones and that's the reason they are lighter than our steel boned items. I had ordered a corset from them before, and unfortunately, due to a customs issue, didn't receive it in time for the event that I had purchased it for. They processed my return with no problems, and I was so impressed with the service that I decided to use them again for my next event. I purchased with lots of advance time, and this time there was no customs hang-up. My corset arrived quickly, and it's exactly what I wanted.
