Corset Story, for mass-produced corsets, is a fairly one stop shop for the averagely budgeted corset-goer.

I've ordered many corsets from them over the last couple years and they have all been fantastic quality at unbeatable prices. The one time I had a minor problem with the product I received, their customer service was very responsive and helped solve the issue quickly. I'm always impressed and look forward to receiving my corsets every time I order. Shipped very quickly and I received my order earlier than expected.

Product was returned by our mail service, Corset Story re-sent it about two weeks later. Although I did email them about the return, I never received a return email but was notified two weeks later that it had be re-sent to me.

My dealings with CS have made me a loyal customer, despite the fact there have been several flaws in their website that make navigation and viewing product problematic. I have viewed it with PC, and now an android. Corset Deals show every detail of each pattern, which I would like to see CS emulate. Product and delivery are excellent, and I enjoy hunting through the promotions offered.

First time buyer and I was super skeptical but went with what the website told me and the information was spot on. The only thing I didn't like is that I signed up for the iParcel tracking and I didn't get it. I tried tracking my order through the website and it kept giving me an error message. But I got my order within 2 weeks of purchase still.

I was unsure that I could order easily from overseas. But hey, it works! I love your packaging, which is minimal.

sent an email and got a quick response. the short message back was not to thoughtful. I would have liked to have been offered free shipping for return since I didn't think the quality of the corset was good, plus I spend a lot of money at corset-story.com......

So far it has been good products. I am though concerned on returns that I have sent back then having to reorder and having that credit apply to the reorder. I don't mind have the store credit but honestly, it does not make sense when they can see the same return and reorder on the same product not to apply that credit back to my card.

I wish this had a arrived one day sooner so I could take it on my trip, but I wasn't paying an absurd amount to have faster shipping. the shipping is already pretty pricey.
