The product quality is exceptional and I always get them on time. I am always impressed by the fact that the products have continued to be better in person than in pictures online :-)

Wish shipping wasn't so long or expensive but it is coming from another country.

The website is good but not really iPhone friendly. There is also no way to see if your password changing email has been sent. For instance, I lost my password and tried recovering it with the email I know that I used because I only have one email yet the email didn't come through to say that I could change my password.

Site is tough to use. The site has some issues with not moving along real well.

I am sorry to hear that. I can see from the email history that you were advised on sizing regarding different corset types and we needed all measurement taken correctly in order to offer support on a specific model. Please do no hesitate to contact us again if you have any other questions or concerns. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

Corset Story offers topnotch customer services. I needed to return the items that I ordered. Jaber processed my order, and I received my credit fast. I am pleased!

Great shopping experience, however; I would prefer the packaging be plain, as when it was delivered it sat outside for some time before we got home.

My order was shipped promptly and arrived sooner than I expected, however I did not receive an e-mail when it shipped, so I had to use the contact form on Corset Story's site to get information.

Last year 2013, I would have said bad & confusing - this year 2014. I'm very happy. Granted I haven't gotten my other corset yet but I'm hoping that it will be here any moment.

I liked the details provided with most of the corsets on the website. The shipping was time was in the time frame that was provided and love how the packaging was discrete and durable.
