More exact size charts would be good. Two of my items were too big even though I went by the charts I could find on the site.

Great service. Especially for someone like me who is very hands on in the shipping process and always emailing. But.... I had a horrible time with my return. Emails concerning were flat ignored unless I asked about actually getting something else. Then I was made to feel bad when I finally got what had been asking for.
