I was pleased with the ease of order and the timely delivery. I was disappointed with the order sizing. I have talked to several others who have ordered from you and had to return their item because the order sizing is off. I am having to return my item and it has been a very confusing and complicated process so far.

The service was good. Wish my product had been packaged with more care and not in a plastic envelope but other than that, good company.

The shipping was exPENsive. They need to figure out a way to reduce that cost to consumers.

Response from Corset Story US

I am sorry about this situation. Unfortunately we experienced an inventory error, which normally it does not happen, and the item you wanted to purchase was no longer available. The store credit was offered thinking that maybe you would still like to order something different. However there was absolutely no problem to process your refund on request. I hope everything is fine now. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story
