This was to do an exchange for an order I placed a month earlier. My only grievance was that I sent in my return corsets and the exchange slip as asked and I received no notice for a month after. After sending an email to ask about what was going on with the process, I was informed I had been sent an email (which I never received) and we could not continue until I answered. It just would be nice in the future to contact the customer again in the event they don't receive the correspondence.

The company and service are amazing. I just feel bad that I can't seem to find the right corset.

Wish when they sent package, there was a tracking number. There was no way to know when it would arrive.

I am sorry to hear that you had issues using the tracking. You should have received your tracking number from I-Parcel in order to track it. As every person has a different body shape, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will be the correct fit for each of out customers for all type of corsets. We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges. Kind Regards, Georgiana Corset Story

It's a little big towards the top. I assumed it's for big busted women. Next time I need a longer corset. The one I have 13 inches. It would of been great if u offered a 15-17 inch waist trainer corset. Overall is feels good , strong and sturdy.

Amazing prices for cosplay and renn faire members. Would like to see a few bodice type items, and some front tie corsets. Prices are great! allows for a variety of costumes. Many of my fellow renny's now use corset story and are spreading the word. Although not the finest quality, for the price, can add for variety. I still do buy a $300 deer hide bodices and custom corsets but corset story is great for guests, can but 3 of each size, and have nice collection.
