I have purchased 4 corsets from corset story and have nothing but good things to say about them. The website is organised and easy to look at. I feel secure when purchasing things. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the goods. All of the sizing has been spot on for the corsets I have bought. I have not had any problems with missing or late orders... A lot of the time they get to me faster than expected. I love Corset Story! They are fantastic at what they do!

I have worn the corsets to an international BDSM convention and received great comments from everyone. I gave the website information out to many and will definitely be ordering more corsets in the future.

They sent me the wrong size and are horrible with communication. I am trying to return it and they take forever to email me back. They say they will respond within 48 hours and it has been 5 days. I am not buying from here again. Going to buy a corset from Orchardcorset.com better prices too!

I had some trouble with making an exchange/return due to not having an account with Corset Story at the time that I placed my order. However, I got in touch with sales, and they were able to give me store credit with which to purchase the sizes I required when I returned the ill-fitting sizes I had originally ordered. They also took the time to set up an account for me and to transport the points my original purchase would have given me into the new account. All in all the were very helpful and prompt!

I received my corset, but was never notified when my item was shipped, so I didn't know when it would get to me. It took 3-4 weeks to receive my corset.
