My coupon code wasn't working, but customer service was amazing and said they would refund me the money once I placed my order! Super quick to get back to me and my questions about that, too.

The service and help I received is outstanding! I had back surgery last year, and was looking for something to help retrain my waist for my upcoming wedding. After an e-mail inquiry, I received excellent guidance regarding corset sizing, helping me select the correct underbust corset for my wedding gown. Upon receipt, the corset had ribbon, not cording, so I contacted Corset Story, who promptly shipped out the correct cording at no additional charge!

I finally received my corset after many months of waiting and never receiving my original order. So I am happy with my replacement.

Great service even though i order the wrong size and i tried changing it but i couldnt because they had already proccess my order i did not get mad at them because they did their job it clearly says that you cannot change the size after buying it so i waited till i received it to send it back. They gave me a full refund right after i sent it back .

Came very quickly, shipping was reasonable, as were prices. The pictures on the sight are brighter and lighter than the actual product though.

Awesome that you provide a shipping label, that is invaluable when shopping online. Not that I'll be using it- the corset I ordered is of excellent quality. Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
