Good with returns, fairly good customer service. Did ask for assistance on fitting and thought I was going to get a little guidance but in the end was told to just look through what they have, which was no help at all. With my past corset purchase from a different vendor, they were able to tell me which cut for the bust was suited to my smaller chest, as I don't have the size to pull off some. Wish I could remember their advice because I'm certainly not getting any, here!

The price was great and the speed at which it shipped was also great. Being protective of my purchases though, I wish they'd come in a box and not in a bag

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately for small order we cannot send them in boxes, but all big order are definitely sent in big boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience. Regarding the laces, it depends also on corset type and I can see that you have ordered different styles. However, if you are not happy with the laces, you are welcome to email us at sales@corset-story.com so that we can help you further with an exchange for the laces. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

The ordering has been really easy, however it does not give you the discounts when checking out. I ordered from the 3 for 2 and got charged full price on all 3.

I love these corsets! Very good quality and comfortable! I hardly have a bad experience ever! Those who do probably did something wrong like measured wrong or were too proud to admit their size. I would like to point out you should buy 2. One in your size and one in one size bigger. I wear 18 normally and 20 during my period. I find the 18 is too tight and makes a really tight fit on my lower half and I look really bloated and weird. So ladies: for a week before and during your cycle wear a size bigger! You will be glad you did. I wear corsets everyday in the year. I know this from experience

Once I found out who I was supposed to message, response was very quick. Probably to do with the time difference.
