Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. As every person has a different body shape, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will be the correct fit for each of out customers. Our size chart it is only a guide line in order to help customers to orientate. We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience. Products and service are excellent...and at good prices too. Web site is not suitable for mobile devices however, so that could be improved. I am also disappointed that the model numbers (eg. WT-115) are not listed on the website. The old product naming convention, although less glamorous, was more descriptive.

I bought my items through a promotion that was going on and was worried about the selection that I might be limited to. Luckily, there were still a lot of GORGEOUS options for me to choose from. Creating an account was simple enough, payment obviously went through without any issues and I received my package within the time frame they gave me with everything in perfect condition!

service was prompt, and very happy with everything except the sizing charts, I ordered according to my measurements and the items were way too small. I will order two times larger sizes next time...the items ordered fit my daughter so I made them gifts to her, so all's happy.

The service was amazing. I was so surprised that it came in less than a week all the way from the UK to Canada. I believe it came in 4 business days by airmail. Very impressed. When I order my next corset I will most definitely be ordering from Corset Story. :)

I have had excellent experiences before with corsets, and this time I ordered a hat the arrived 100% smashed. It was salvageable, but it took a good bit of time to get it in wearable shape.
