The customer service is really good. They implement your feedback into their business practice and really serve their customers well. It may take up to 24hrs to receive a response. But that's well expected when dealing with the internet. But, I would recommend them to anyone who's interested in purchasing a corset.

I have had excellent service both times I've ordered from this company. One of my packages got lost in the mail, and once proved so, they promptly sent me another.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. I can see that you returned the unwanted item for which we have refunded you. I am sorry that this was not a good experience for you, but we invite you to give us one more chance trying with something else and I am sure that next time everything will be just alright. I will definitely order from here again, however it ended up being shipped to the wrong address which resulted in me receiving it much later than anticipated. Hopefully that doesn't happen next time!
