Products and selection are outstanding but I have been trying to get a response from customer service for several weeks and am getting NO response after close to 10 emails!! Not cool.

Didn't realize that first section was for service- The service is generally good but I have gotten emails with coupon codes that didn't work, and then when I tried to get a functioning code, got no response from customer service which was really frustrating. Delivery speed is great etc., but customer service has been quite spotty.

There isn't much to say ... I order, it arrives. Perfect. Minimal shipping cost (Esp. considering it's coming from England) and easy to unpack.

I love corset story for their great quality products and helpful customer service. I wish they had some kind of free shipping offer over a certain order price.

I wish there was a notice on when the item was shipped and tracking so it could promptly be accepted instead of leaving 200$ on my porch.
