The delivery was great, and I felt confident with the returns process. I am slightly disappointed at this point because I have returned my items and I haven't received any feed back about the process or how long it will take to complete the exchange or return.

only thing not good, order is not tracked - no idea when it is to arrive

Great prices but returns are a bit of a hassle.

The corset is fabulous but I don't understand why they don't offer free tracking, considering how much I pay for shipping. All other sites that I order from offer free tracking with shipping, and Corset Story doesn't. It just confuses me, and makes me worry that I'll miss the delivery or that it got lost somewhere along the way. The fashion corsets, which is what I ordered, don't have a size chart on the ordering page, so I had to hunt through Amazon to find a size chart. It was a tad inconvenient.

I had no problems. Online ordering was easy, corsets came in a timely manner, and the sizes were accurate.

I found Corset Story on accident and have loved it ever since! I purchased another corset a year ago, one of the Steampunk line, and wear that pretty regularly when clothing permits (those darn buckles get in the way).

We received a broken corset, I sent an email ...and Aixelle emailed fight back requesting photos of the damage . The corset story dms would not recjevd my photos, and Aixelle worked with me, and finally got me an alternate email address, which allowed her to see my photos . She sent us a replacement corset, and we hope to receive it very soon. Aixelle was fantastic! Give her more money!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. As every person has a different body shape, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will be the correct fit for each of out customers. Our size chart it is only a guide line in order to help customers to orientate. We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

I had read several reviews before purchasing from Corset Story, some very good and others negative, and thought, hey, the one I want is on clearance, so I might as well give it a go. The corset arrived in a timely fashion and fit perfectly, it was very well made for something mass-produced (I am used to custom-made corsetry). I love it so far and hope to have it for a long time.
