This was my first experience with Corset story and I have to say I was so impressed with your customer service. I had to do a few exchanges to find the correct sizing fit and it was so streamlined and easy! In the end I had a fabulous shopping experience and really spiced up my wardrobe!

Love Corset Story, it was a little annoying that the search feature wasn't working inside the hidden sale page, but I was able to order anyway.

Price low to high function doesn't work when filters like size are applied. Otherwise, everything is very smooth and accessible

Site is decidedly NOT mobile-friendly. Every time I put an item into my cart (using android phone and chrome browser) it reset me back to the main 5-for-1 page and I had to re-enter my size and begin the search all over again. It took me over an hour, including having to start from scratch and an empty cart once, to place this order.

Everything about the ordering process was easy. Every question I thought up I was able to find in the FAQ section. I would absolutely order again. I was a little sad that I ordered and then a few days later a big sale that applied for the 5-for-1 corsets came out, offering an additional 20%. :( but that was my only complaint

I got a multi-buy for my first order from Corset Story, and a few of the pieces were not sized quite right for me. I had seen reviews that said returns were extremely easy, so I thought I would see what it was like, and before I knew it - poof! - ready to return! Off they shipped, easy as can be.
Then the regret set in. I regretted having asked for a refund instead of exchanging.
As though the universe could hear my regret, I got a response from Michelle at Corset Story saying that because I returned only part of my multi-buy, exchange was the option available to me. Hooray! I carefully chose my items for exchange, making note of correct sizing, and they are already on the way!
5 starts, 10 out of 10 - these are beautiful corsets, great customer service, blinding-fast shipping. I'm so pleased that I ordered from Corset Story!
