Site was easy to navigate. Finding the sizing chart was easy. Good selection of different sizes and styles to choose from for the plus size woman.

My biggest complaint was the filter function. Every time I tried to filter by color, size, style, etc. I would get those results for the first page only. If I clicked through to the second page, it automatically refreshed and my filters were lost.

The 5 for 1 deal was crazy, I liked how they gave an explanation as to why the deal was happening. For this, I can't help but give it a 5/5. Plus I've been wanting a corset from here for years and now I got 5 for the price of one!

Beautiful corsets, and an amazing sale price (5 for one sale)
I especially love the corset shirts/ corset dresses. Would love more hybrid styles like that!

The checkout process was easy. -1 star for delayed shipping. The website is well-organized and easy to navigate. When the corsets arrive, if I’m happy with them, I will buy from Corset Story again.

I really like all the corsets and found shopping on the website mostly easy. My only complaint is keywords. I thought there used to be a drop down for burlesque, historical, undergarment, outer wear... Which I did see shirt, dress. But when I searched by keywords it was a very mixed bag with not the most relevant at the top of the search.
I still found what I wanted but it took more digging than I remember searching before.

customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable about the products - It is greatly appreciated that you allow returns as it is always difficult to purchase something without actually seeing it in person. The quality of the clothing is amazing. So excited to get my next order!

Site was fairly easy to navigate. The ability to search by size and type would be extremely helpful. Sale price promotion due to an overstock was wonderful. Still waiting for the delivery of items bought so I can’t rate the quality. Thanks
