This is my second time ordering from them and still nothing to complain about, great service and shipping time.

Using the website filters was a bit complicated and I wasn't sure it was working properly. Ex: selecting petite and regular length, but longline items were still showing in the results. Other than that, it is a great site with very detailed product descriptions and photos from different angles. Much appreciated! I do wish you accepted shipping to USA PO Boxes since DHL just transfers the package to the post office anyway. Now, I have to ask for it at the counter because my box number isn't on the label and the Post Office can't deliver it.

While you need to pay attention that your filters stay active, the website is very user friendly, has a GREAT selection, and provides all the information you need about the design front and center, no need to go digging to figure out what’s what.

So far, my experience using the site has been top notch! The 5 for 1 sale is unbelievable. I ordered them yesterday and they've already shipped? That's unbelievable! I hope they fit well and are good quality. I can't wait!

Corsets work great, very high quality. The sizing instructions were very helpful, and nothing had to be sent back. Arrived much sooner than expected, with only some mild imperfections on arrival. Getting such good products for that sale price is amazing.

I really enjoyed shopping! These are my first corsets, I'm getting them for support so I'm excited and hoping all goes well. You're sizing chart was easy to use which was amazing, however when I tried to filter out the results to only show my size it kept taking off the filter which was annoying. (I would get excited about a style just to realize it wasnt in my size despite the filter). Over all it was an exciting experience:)

Very helpful! I was missing only 1 garter strap! Not even the set… just 1 strap! Also I hadn’t made the discovery until weeks after the delivery was made. They arranged for a whole new pack of straps to be sent less than 24 hours after I inquired. Great service!! Thank you all so much!

The website kept clearing my filters and I kept having to reset them.

The corset dress I got looks terrible! It's so cheaply made it feels like paper. It doesn't look like the picture at all and I'm so disappointed. I spent $300 on a cheap Halloween costume. It looks tacky and wrinkled and not elegant at all.

An overall good shopping experience. Unfortunately there are a few bugs with the filters (i.e. it resets if I try to filter by both possible reduction and style of corset). I also could not figure out how to type into the search feature.

I love buying from Corset Story - not only are the corsets high quality, their shipping and delivery process is clear and consistent. I never have to worry about a huge delay before I can start cycling in my new corsets. Reliable and gorgeous is a fabulous combination.
