Website was slightly difficult to navigate and didn't remember the filters you were using if you clicked on anything. But otherwise lovely

The customer service really stood out to me. Responses were quick, and detailed when advising me of the several options I had when I had an issue. Would absolutely shop here again.

These are some of the best corsets I have ever purchased, taking advantage of the 5 for 1 sale was extremely nice and I was able to get some beautiful pieces to add to my collection. absolutely fabulous. Will definitely be ordering more.

So far so good, I liked the selection, and my order is scheduled to be delivered 10 days earlier that originally which is great. Fingers crossed that they all fit

The service is great. The corsets are cute and I love the patterns. Not all the patterns I wanted were available at the time but I’m sure that’s because of how busy the company has been.

I LOVE these corsets!! The company is great, I've never had an issue with returns/exchanges and the shipping is stupid fast. I purchased my first order during pandemic, when the multi-buy started because I felt justified in the spend to get several rather than just one, but now that I have worn them (and purchased many more) I could easily justify the individual cost of each. The quality is phenomenal, you really can't go wrong here!

Shopping experience went very smoothly. I only managed to put a wrong size corset in my order how gorgeous they all are. As someone new I didn’t realize what longline corset meant initially. That was my error. I Got into email with customer service and they helped fix my order rather quickly. I’m grateful for my experience so far,, this is a professional business with great customer service which is not common nowadays. So that’s always a plus for me. 🥰

The main issue was during the exchange process, items would become out of stock before we could initiate an exchange, meaning I had to dive through the site 4 times or so to find what I wanted to exchange some corsets that fit too big.
There was also issues communicating about which pieces were out of stock forever versus only pre order. I still have no idea which corsets may come back or become preorder only purchases and I wish I knew as there are some corsets that are dream pieces but are out of stock.

Site is quite informative. Would love love LOVE to see a toggle option to block photos with models and still be able to shop for items. Would be a 5 star rating at that point!

We absolutely love every item we ordered. One of the corsets did not fit, and the team was excellent in helping me exchange it very quickly. Both my partner and I have bad backs and the real steel boning helps me during renn faires and performances to not collapse after a few hours. Love my corsets!
