After ordering I received an email saying that all the items would ship only once one delayed item was ready. I hadn’t realized that. I was able to reply to the email (instead of having to look up alternative contact info) and received an almost immediate response from a real person. The issue was resolved quickly with attention to detail. I was very impressed.

Hi, the website has a bit confusing especially on phone. The mix and match ad was on every product which made me think that I could choose up to 5 products. I do like that you can select for waist size but I still had issues kind of filtering for what I wanted. I think making it more of a questionnaire may be something to consider? Like a virtual “course fitting”

Had troubles at the start of trying to figure out where my missing returns package had gone, then had wonderful service getting the replacement corsets. Cant wait till they come in!

I was able to find what my daughter & I were looking for. Many things were out of stock due to the sale, but we found plenty available in her size. I am plus sized so it was a bit harder for me.

My size has been running out in multiple models, but when I've finally been able to order what I want I've loved the fit and feel and quality of work!

Honestly, the only reason it isn't a five star review is because the shipment was not able to be delivered in the initial time-frame indicated, which impacted some events I was planning in expectation of having the corsets. However, I did receive excellent timeliness in communication when I reached out to find out the order status, and I anticipate increasing my review to 5 stars when I receive the corsets.

It was a bit overwhelming to find a these beautiful corsets. A few of them I wanted in my cart weren't available in my size.

I went on the site just to look at corsets and was very pleasantly surprised by your 5 for 1 sale. The site is easy to navigate, and reviews and details were easy to find. I’m very much looking forward to getting my corsets!

A fine experience; however, somehow ordered the wrong size. I messaged right away and have received acknowledgement. I am still waiting for a personal response that the proper size will be delivered. I'm confident that it will.
