I expected when I ordered them to have already been premade since they weren't custom made or preorders, ready to be shipped in a day or two. It claims 3 business days shipping, so when I placed the order back in August I was expecting them within two weeks top. There was no contact that it was going to be a delay at all. I hope if in any future orders there would be better communication.

It was so fun shopping and going through the options! Such pretty work, I'm excited. I was just constantly disappointed that the options I wanted were never in my size. I think it was because I might be a popular size and y'all were having a sale so I probably joined the party too late. I also opted out a couple options I really wanted due to the disclaimer that the order doesn't ship until the whole order is ready which was disappointing. Normally I'm okay to wait but I needed a corset for a specific date and I couldn't delay the whole shipment like that.

A lot of the styles I wanted were sold out or out of my size, but I did find many I liked. I'd like to see more "outerwear" like the collared shirt and dresses that would be fitting for a corporate setting, but I'm looking forward to receiving my corsets!

I have been wanting to get a corset for years. My fiancé gave me money for my birthday to get whatever I wanted so I decided to get a bunch of corsets from corset story. I am so impressed with the quality of the corsets. You can really tell that these are going to last a while. They all look super cute and everything came really quickly. If there is one thing I would like to see it would be more information on how to tie and put on a corset. It was easy for me to learn online but it would be neat to get it with the corset as well.

I appreciate the product rating system. And the sizing charts are helpful.

I am very happy and feel taken care of as a customer. One of the corsets I ordered did not meet their quality standards and I was kindly notified so I could choose an alternate. I really appreciate the level of care for quality in the product I am ordering and am looking forward to receiving my corsets!

While they looked like nice quality, most of the corsets sat a little weird on my body. The black dress's sleeves were attached at the front and didn't sit on the top of my shoulders, so it looked awkward. The blue dress's built in cups weren't big enough and were placed too far apart on my chest. I also have a slightly long torso, so the pink dress was too high and if I tried to adjust it a little lower, the collar became deeply uncomfortable. The dark blue top corset also had a weird triangle shape to the boobs that sat really close to the center of my chest. I wear a 38 D bra normally, which I don't consider very large in proportion to the rest of my body, but these corsets don't feel like they take boob shape or size into consideration when they're in a larger size.

Corset story's customer service is amazing. I ended up putting a corset in my order but it never went through because someone else checked it out before I did. I was contacted immediately by an actual human and given the option to pick out another one at a similar price or get refunded. It was very easy to correct the issue and I'm not just waiting on my order that should be here any day not. Im so excited to try them all on.

The corsets are lovely, exactly as I expected, and well worth the price. Even comfortable! It's been a bit since I could wear a corset for hours, but these make it easy and stylish.

Everything is very high quality, very well made, great materials, so supportive and makes me feel so elegant and princess-y! The arm-holes/straps are a bit on the small side, so if you're not prepared to have them altered, you may want to pick something without straps. However, Corset Story's return policy is GOLD standard. So easy and clear! You have nothing to fear from buying from this company!

I wish the ability to filter by size was easier and didn’t include sold out options.

There were so many options to choose from! I was a little sad they were out of my size in certain corsets but I guess that’s to be expected as I’m a common size.

The only thing I would change is to make it easier to continue shopping after adding a corset to your cart. That way you don’t have to completely start the search over. Otherwise it was all good!
