If you are not happy with your item, you are welcome to return it for an exchange/ refund. My corsets got here in a very decent time. No problems at all even though my friend messed up my mailing address a bit by one number. I got them just fine!

I had originally ordered the wrong size corset, in which I had to send back and get a new one. Corset story was great at responding to emails and keeping me updated on my new delivery time.

Not sure if good is accurate. I would love to buy from again but, the 2 corsets I bought for my fiancé are to small.

While I understand the company is based in the UK and myself in the US, I still found the standard shipping methods to be incredibly slow.

The ordering process was easy, and I love how each corset comes with its own size chart. I don't remember seeing an email about the product actually shipping (to be fair, I didn't check my spam folder), which had me a little nervous, but my corset arrived sooner than I anticipated, and that was very exciting! I'll definitely be buying from Corset Story again.
