Info about custom's fee were not clear when I checked-out. So I was confused when i got hit with an additional tax when it was delivered. It would have been nice if, just before checkout, the site noticed that my $ was high enough to trigger the tax and thus let me know about it. I realize that you can't know the exact amount of the tax, but at least a more clear heads up would have been nice. ...When I contacted you about it, you were very quick and easy to work with to explain it to me, so I am happy overall.

I was able to tell a lot about the product by the description. Although at first, I thought it was expensive, when I answer the next question I will explain. It was easy to navigate the website.

When I received my corset, I put it on and was sitting there and the top rivet popped off. I emailed for help and refund, and haven't heard anything after a week's time. I'm not impressed.

I wish corset story had an easy link to find out a size chart (as in what size measurements=what size corset) I tried using the search bar but it didn't come up with a standard size chart. Otherwise I love the site.

Many thanks for your comment. We are an online-shop only and not a manufacturer so we have to buy our corsets from all over the world. Some of our corsets are manufactured in China, but I can assure you, we put much effort in making sure the items we buy are of high quality and meet our high standards and that we check with our manufacturers on a regular basis. If an item is not in perfect condition, damaged or doesn't meet your expectations you can send it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Please not we offer a 14 days refund policy and a 30 days exchange policy, starting with arrival of the order. Kind regards, Corset Story

corset is very good quality, the shipping options were a bit miss-leading. There were two options, both 5-15 working days, one specified non-tracked, the other didn't, so I asummed it was tracked, becaue it was more money. I, however was mistaken. The prices at Corset Story are very reasonable, I deffinetly couldn't make my own for the prices they charge. From the on I ordered I'd say their sizing charts are very accurate.
