Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear our corset prices do not meet your expectations. We apologize for this inconvenience. I have passed your comment to our management. We strive to offer our customers the lowest prices. Please note that the corsets that you purchased are both Waist Training, which are the best quality and are priced accordingly. A waist Training Corset does have extra layers of fabric to make it even stronger than Authentic Steel Boned garments. The waist training range all have 24 spiral steel bones. A Waist Training corset is capable of pulling your waist in by 6-7 . As such, it offers the very best of corsetterie. If you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange, you are welcome to do so and we will be happy to send you cheapest corsets. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service at sales@corset-uk.com for more information. Jaber, Corset Story

Qick shipping and fast on the return request. Unfortunatly it costs me more to send one of my corsets back, due to the tracking, than what I will get in refound.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry that your corset was not a perfect fit. We do offer different models for different body shapes. The sizing chart in our website is only a guide line. We can't guarantee the corset will fit perfectly, however you are welcome to return the corset for an exchange or refund. Please email our customer services sales@corsets-uk.com to help you with the sizing. The shipping cost when returning an item is a buyer's responsibility, however we do pay for the exchange item to be shipped back to you by using standard shipping option. I apologise for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Corset Story

The corset arrived in two weeks which wasn't too bad. I would have liked some instructions on caring for the garment.

Overall good service. Simple transaction. Easier to find guides on sizing as a first time or returning buyer would be welcome to add to the ease of the shopping experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the corsets were not a perfect fit. We have different kind of models in our collections and I can see that the ones you have ordered are fashion corsets. Fashion Corsets are more light, with acrylic bones and does not give the same shape to the body as our steel boned items. Please email our customer service to sales@corsets-uk.com to help you with this issue. I apologise for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
