Since when do you charge fees for placing orders? You didn't do this on my last order with the company and it's not at all okay that this was not explained before I made the purchase. Also, the new changes made to the site ARE HORRIBLE! It's so hard to find the sale categories, unless I click a link from an email I'm sent I can't find the same items on the site and it's a lot harder to navigate now. In short, it was better before.

Love your corsets, and the great deals that you do. Not sure if you do parcel tracking, but it would be really helpful.
