the wait for the product was a bit long; they predict 5-12 days for arrival, and mine took a full 2 weeks to get here. But this is understandable considering I am in the US and the product ships from the UK, and not necessarily the fault of the company.

They do not answer emails, and I have not yet found a way to communicate with them about wholesale business. Product of a decent quality for the price, for sure. But a lack of communication is a problem, and some orders don't ever arrive.

I think from time of purchase was great the website was informative about the item and size I should purchase.
