The corsets are nicely made. I would have liked an email telling me when they were shipped, but to be honest I received the corsets in less than 10 days, maybe a week and a half if that long, I was nervous as was my first time ordering, so I am pleased, and will order with confidence again.

Shipping was reasonable, but I was hit with a customs charge of over a hundred dollars. I know this is out of your control, but it means that I am probably not going to return the corsets that don't fit, as I can't retrieve the customs charge.

Because you are located in the USA and you have ordered from an overseas company, as our Terms and Conditions states, you can also be faced with customs fee charges in regards to your order being delivered to you, however we are unable to tell you before how much these charges will be, because they are not issued by us, they are issued by the agency in regards to customs, this is not down to our company. We are sorry that you had to pay a significant amount to receive our items. However, if you are not happy with one of the items you are welcome to contact our Customer Service at the following e-mail address sales@corset-story.com for any issue you have or to send us some pictures of the item so that we can look further. My entire experience with Corset Story was perfect. I will admit I was hesitant to order since I'm in Texas, USA and they are in the UK. Product synopsis were descriptive with plenty of detail. Placing the order was easy and shipping was expedient (my order arrived in 10-11 days) coming internationally.
