Service was great, and I got my corset on time with the option of an exchange if it didn't fit.

The mobile site doesn't work very well, and order tracking would be nice, though not if it increased the amount paid for shipping. Your shipping prices are fantastic.

Assume awesome awesome words can't express what a hit my corset was at the masquerade ball. All evening I got compliment after compliment on beautiful the detail was in the front and back...it was right on time and fit perfect. My pictures came out fabulous and I would recommend and you use again if needed.Once again thank you for making my night a night to remember....

I had to return a product for an exchange and everything went good. It's a bit complicated ( the returns) but I like the Los Angeles storage location. Service is honest and well organised.

Unfortunately I cannot wear any of my corsets and I can't return them because I didn't realize they were coming from another country when I purchased them. Next time I will know better and won't purchase online.

I've only made two purchases and twice had to return an item...they quickly answered my requests for a refund. Both times my experience with their customer service was exceptional, I will continue to buy from them...

I absolutely ADORE the corset I received. The process to purchase was easy, the shipping options were clear, and the wait time was good considering it came from UK to the USA. Will hopefully be able to purchase another and will highly recommend Corset Story to other avid corset lovers such as myself. Thank you!
