Thank you for your feedback. We could not offer you a tracking number as the shipping method chosen by you was the Standard Delivery through Airmail which does not offer a tracked service. However, for future orders, you are free to choose also the express shipping that we have with UPS Service which is a tracked service and it takes to arrive between 3 to 5 working days. I am sorry to hear that you have wrong sizes. We inform you that as long it is within the 30-days money back or 60-days exchange policy you can return the unwanted item to the address listed printed on the top of your invoice with a tracked service and e-mail us with the tracking number received or you can place a return request directly on our website: http://www.corset-story.com/rma and follow the instructions and we will be happy to exchange your item for you. You are welcome also to contact our Customer Service at the following e-mail address sales@corset-story.com for any issue you have and someone will be there for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story
