Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. However as every person has a different body shape we can't unfortunately guarantee it will be the correct fit but it is possible to adjust a corset through correct lacing to get in in shape. We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges. As long it is within the 30-days money back or 60-days exchange policy you can return the unwanted item to the address listed printed on the top of your invoice with a tracked service and e-mail us with the tracking number received or you can place a return request directly on our website: http://www.corset-story.com/rma and follow the instructions and we will be happy to exchange your item for you. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service at the following e-mail address sales@corset-story.com for any issue you have and someone will be there for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story

I think the prices are great and the quality of the product is beautiful but the shipping cost is ridiculous and the fact that there isn't USPS tracking made me feel uneasy. I couldn't afford to pay the extra fee for tracked UPS shipping.

not a lot of sale items in the larger sizes. Would like to see some of the sturdier corsets on sale.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we have experienced an inventory error and the item you have ordered was no longer in stock, which we apologize. Regarding the items in larger sizes we do have also a category where all items go until even 6X. You can check our items in this category. I hope I was able to help you. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story
