Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. We inform you that as long it is within the 30-days money back or 60-days exchange policy you can return the unwanted item to the address listed printed on the top of your invoice with a tracked service and send us an e-mail with the tracking number or you can place a return request directly on our website: http://www.corset-story.com/rma and we will be happy to exchange your item for you. You are welcome to contact also our Customer Service at the following e-mail address sales@corset-story.com for any issue you have and someone will be there for you as soon as possible. Regarding the sizing, please keep in mind that all corsets are measured depending on waist measurements, so you will need to measure the smallest point of your waist which is around 2-3 inches above the belly button, and take this measurement. Depending on this measurement will determine what size corset you will need, as they are designed to pull the waist in by 4-5 so you will need to order the corset 4-5 smaller than your natural waist measurement.
