Pretty fast shipping with quality products that were exactly like the description. Paypal charged me an international fee, but that's just because they're douchebags.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately as each of us have different shape body, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every person because it would be impossible. Our size in chart is only a guideline in order to help customers to orientate to choose their size. However, we inform you that as long it is within the 30-days money back or 60-days exchange policy you can return the unwanted item to the address printed on the top of your invoice with a tracked service and e-mail us with the tracking number received or you can place a return request directly on our website: http://www.corset-story.com/rma and follow the instructions and we will be happy to exchange your item for you. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service at the following e-mail address sales@corset-story.com for any issue you have and someone will be there for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story

I had ordered a corset and when it arrived, it was too small. That was my fault for not checking the size chart. I sent it back, and the team at Corset Story was there for me every step of the way to let me know when the larger size would arrive. I was so anxious to receive my corset, I think I bugged the staff a little!

The overall service was good and manageable. I can't rate the actual products because they have not been received as of yet.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have problems with the item ordered with us. We apologize for that. If you find it difficult to use it, you are welcome to return your item within the exchange policy frame time. Regarding the size you have ordered, you should keep in mind all the three essential measurements for the bust - waist - and hips. Our size chart it is only a guideline in order to help you to choose a proper size for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all of the items will perfectly fit because each person has a different body shape and it would be difficult. I hope I was able to help. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story

Quick and efficient, easy to use website design, however the ever fluctuating prices are a bit of a gamble.
