The corsets arrived precisely on time, packed well, and packed carefully. My only comment is that they should offer an option to purchase tracking with parcel post for the USA. It would protect them and the buyers.

Corset story is an amazing website that offers a wide variety of great quality corsets. The site also sells perfect outfit accessories for those corsets. The web page is super easy to navigate and offers a wide range of merchandise. The prices are fair for the superb quality of merchandise. I will be sure to recommend Corset Story to all my friends whenever they are looking for that perfect corset to add to their wardrobe.

Decent service and good products. Would definitely recommend. :) Would prefer if there was a way to track my package without paying exorbitant rates for shipping (USA), and it would be nice if there were helpful hints on the different sorts of fasteners and laces for people who haven't used them before, like myself.

Great product, reasonable shipping (last day quoted), difficult website. The website completely cleared my inbox after I had been researching corsets steadily for hours. I made an an account in hopes of solving that, but upon checkout HALF my cart disappeared with no return. I had to search and add each one in again. I purchased 9 corsets, this was a major hassle. If I didn't already know that the product was quality I would have given up.

The quality of product and the speed that they get orders to you is good. However, I had to make an exchange. I was advised there was a credit made to my account and to use it to make a purchase. The corset I had bought had gone up in price, as it had been on sale. I purchased a different item though related and cheaper (as was on sale for the same price previously!). I was not refunded the difference for this even though I was not advised properly. Their exchange and refund process is very confusing.

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and also advice you regarding sizing. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, CorsetStory
