thank you for your email. I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with our customer service and have had a good experience. I have looked into your order and can confirm that the items you have received are from our new range of steel boned items. These are made with a thin steel as they are designed to be corsets for people who have not worn them before and therefore have qualities such as flexibility and comfort. However, if you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you. Kind Regards, CorsetStory

I'm excited to receive the corset I ordered two weeks ago, but it hasn't arrived yet.

My corset finally arrived, but it is WAAAAY too small. I will have to replace the ribbon in the back to get it to fit. I followed the sizing charts, but can't get the thing on. The piece is gorgeous, though!

Overall, the shopping experience and service was good. I was surprised, however, to be charged a foreign transaction fee on my purchase.

Everything arrived on time. Everything was beautiful. I don't like that I didn't know what size to order for each item since my measurements aren't simply a Medium or Large. I ordered all larges and each item fits differently.
