The products I ordered were all very good quality and well made. They were too big, so I have requested an exchange, I want them, just in a size that fits.

Would be nice if other delivery options were available.

I love your company and I have already recommended to all my friends that they get all of their corset needs. I will be making future purchases.

They helped out with my return request questions and I had never returned anything before and they were very helpful.

The quality of the corsets is excellent but the shipping takes way too long. I know they are overseas but even if a tracked service, other than the super expensive overnight, was offered it wouldn't feel so long.

Got my corset on sale. Item was shipped fairly quickly and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I'm a little annoyed that nothing comes with a tracking number, as you have no idea where your things are. Didn't have to deal with their customer service or anything.

Shipment arrived on time. I would like to have had a tracking service included in the basic shipping. The two-for-one corsets are a great deal and high quality!

LOVE the fact that it's USA based. Wish the Corsets were available with more color options for some of the styles. Love the Jean with hardware??? BUT, would have preferred THAT style in some other color options! WISH there were a lil more choices for those of US that have large breasts and SMALL waists, and long torso's!!!

Originally, they sent me the wrong product, but after I found the correct channel to contact them through, they were very apologetic and fixed everything- they paid for the return shipping and even gave me an extra 5 dollar credit on my account. So yes, they made a mistake but were very generous in fixing it.
