Shipping was fast. Upon unzippering one of my corsets the zipper snapped in 1/2.

Shipping was pretty fast considering the distance (UK to US). Our first email with a question was answered promptly and courteously.

Great quality at an affordable price. All the corset shops I could find based in the US were impossibly expensive and/or shoddily made.

I've ordered from Corset Story twice, once off of Amazon and once from their website. When I ordered off their website, I used the cheaper, untraceable shipping, and I was a little nervous since it was coming from overseas. I received it with no problems.
