You should create a tracking system once the item is shipped. I didn't like the significance of price for a tracking system.

I adore Corset Story. I currently have 5 of their steel boned corsets and they are fantastic. All of my orders arrived in a timely manner & I have not had any problems with them. Their customer service is fast and friendly. My only frustration is with the design of the website. The white background with the light writing makes it difficult to read. And using a different color background for white corsets would make it worlds easier to see them.

My only complaint is that all orders should have a tracking number and expedited shipping should be the more expensive option.

I always enjoy going into the Corset Story shop and making out my wish list, which pretty much includes ALL the corsets. I just received my first corset purchased there. I LOVE IT! Thank you so much Corset Story! I'll be buying instead of dreaming from now on!

I enjoyed the sale prices and the accurate shipping time. I also enjoyed the quality of both corsets and will continue to refer friends and family to corset story.

I like the website and the merchandise, however, I still have not received my order. I placed the order on 2/12, and I understand it is 5-12 working days for delivery, however, I do not like that the shipments cannot be tracked.

The only thing is when you ship the items you should send a conformation email

Many thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear the item didn't fit as you expected. Because everybody's shape is different and the great variety of our corsets we can never promise a perfect fit. We always recommend to take your measurements as accurate as possible and check with the size chart on our web site. However, those charts are only a guide. If you are unsure about the fit of a specific model, you can always send us your measurements and we can check, if it is the right one for you. In case you are unhappy with an item, you can send it back and exchange it or you can get a refund. We offer a 30 day policy for refunds and a 60 day policy for exchanges. Please note, if you alter the item, it will be not possible to return the item for a refund or an exchange. When you have questions about our products or about sizing, you can always contact us and we are happy to help you. Kind regards, Corset-Story

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry that you had to return one of our items because it did not satisfied you. We are glad, however, that you have chosen to return your item and asked for a refund in order not to loose the money spent. We are inviting you to try some other items that we have to offer on our website. Thank you. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset-Story
