As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. I love the style and quality of the products from corset story! When sizing corsets, you have made it super convenient for people to understand what size they needed. One thing I would love to see is a size guide for non-corset shirts and pants/skirts. If I had found one, I would have most likely bought at least two more items. Thanks for my beautiful new outfits, though! I'm so excited about them!

i tried to ask them if i could do an exchange from the overbust version to the underbust version of this corset..plus i paid 20 bux to UPS it back to their Long beach location.. so ill probably have to buy the other one once im refunded.. but then thats like $8+$20+$8 again in shipping.. so im out 36 bux for a 99 dollar corset, and now i probably wont be able to afford the other one unless i can get in contact with someone and just send me the same size underbust one instead of a refund. i wish i could atleast get some sort of discount for the trouble... all around nice company though, quality stuff.. i just wish i could talk to a person and not a machine.. and whenever i try to call from California you guys are closed in the UK.. :(

These guys are awesome! Of the two corsets I ordered one didnt fit in the chest but thats because I have a very large chest. But the return process was as painless as can be. I will deffinately be ordering from these girls again in the future.

I purchased my order on 2/13 and today is 2/28 and I have still not received my package. There is no way to tell where the package is since they do not offer tracking on their products. I would think that as much money as I spent with the company that they would at least have a way to keep myself updated with where the package is and that they would like to know if it had arrived at the correct location or not. It asks for 5-12 working days on delivery time. I will wait until March 3 before I contact them.
