The corset was beautifully made! Durable too! It didn't fit me as I had hoped so I had to return it and even that was hassle free! I will l definitely be using the refund to pick something in my size! They will be seeing me again for sure!

It took a long time to come in the mail but I live in the US so I guess that's why?

Shipping in general and getting back to your customers in a timely manner would help. I had to send an email just to get a response back from my return request and I was never given any way to track a shipment or even know when something was shipped.

Delivery was slow this last time, but I would definitely order and keep ordering from Corset Story because their site is user friendly, prices are decent, and they have a wide range of styles to choose from. I can't wait to order my prom dress in a few weeks from Corset Story.

The return process was a bit difficult, sent the shipping company and tracking number, but it didn't process all the way from my smartphone. I had to re-do from my computer.

Their site was easy to navigate, the ordering process was very clear and easy to understand, and the corset arrived well within the estimated time frame given on the site. I was very happy with their service.
