I had never owned a corset before and even with the information online wasn't entirely sure what size to order. I went with what I thought would be good for me and they were both too big. To find out the correct length you need for an overbust corset, it is always profitable to measure your torso from the top of the bust (under your arm pit) down to the hip line (hip bone) and compare that measurement with the length given in the descriptions of the corsets, as too short may be a bit revealing and too long could always become a bit uncomfortable. While the corset I originally wanted was discontinued, the Corset Story team was very helpful and concise in telling me the situation as well as suggesting looking for a new corset. I'm glad they did, because I found two or three others that I am very likely going to buy. My corset arrived in two weeks (very fast considering how far I live), and everything went smoothly from browsing on the website to the delivery.

We thought the service was great. Your website was easy to use and the delivery was Much faster then we had expected. We were thinking we would have had at least 3 more days for our item to show up. The only bad thing was the state of the box when it did get delivered but that is more of a comment for the mailing system then you. One other thing, we are having to send our item back for a exchange because the sizeing was different then she was used to. After going back and looking again more carefully though we did see where you stated that the size was specific to the item. Maybe make this statement more prominent.
